The Refund Policy Terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Cosmos Explorer.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Subscriptions a request by You to subscribe for our services.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Cosmos Explorer, accessible from https://cosmos-explorer.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order / Subscription Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order / Subscription within 5 hours. After 5 Hours, request for refund will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The deadline for cancelling an Order / Subscription is 5 hours from the date on which You received / subscribed for the Goods / Subscription or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  • We will reimburse You no later than 5-7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods / or Initiation of Subscription Cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Payment and Refund

  • One User can Register only Once. If Registered twice, money will be refunded only of the second payment done and the second account will be terminated without any prior notice to the User. Only the first account will be considered for verification and validation.
  • Those who register twice or more, he/she cannot claim for the Refund Request even for the First payment. (Second Payment will be refunded as mentioned in point No.2)
  • Registration is compulsory for making the payment and attending the Quiz.
  • Those who do not apply coupon while Checkout, he/she cannot re-Register again by claiming the Coupon Code and cannot claim for any refund.
  • Those who do not participate in the Quiz after payment, they cannot claim refund of the registration amount and under no circumstance the registration amount will be refunded.
  • Those who directly pay the amount without registering on our website, they can register for the quiz before the Registration ends. No refund will be given after the registration ends. (Note: No need to pay “again” after Registering. Applies only for point No.7)
  • Those who have paid the amount without registering with us, they have to contact us via email provided above.
  • Coupon Code will not be valid after 1st 100 registrations and user will be charged the exact mentioned amount for the registration.
  • While calming for refund, if the Payment ID is entered incorrectly in Refund Form, the participant/claimant will be notified of the same via email and hence they have to re-apply/re-claim for Refund by filling the Refund Form again with correct Payment ID within 5 hours after successful payment. After 5 hours no Refund Claim will be processed and Refund will not be Initiated under any Circumstance.
  • By registering with us you hereby agree to all our Terms and Conditions.

NOTE:

  • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 5-7 BANK WORKING DAYS AFTER SUCCESSFULL REGISTRATION IN OUR WEBSITE ONLY.
  • REFUND WILL BE INITIATED ONLY WHEN THE PARTICIPANT WISHES TO DO SO.
  • THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED CAN INITIATE REFUND, BY FILLING A FORM ON REFUND PAGE “WITHIN 5 HOURS ONLY”. AFTER 5 HOURS NO REFUND WILL BE INITIATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
  • 100% MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED IF INTIATED BY ANY USER.
  • ONLY ONCE A USER CAN CLAIM FOR REFUND. ALSO USER CANNOT CLAIM REFUND TWICE AFTER RE-REGISTERING.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 1 day
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us from the address received.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
